(2) Schedule 1 commences at the same time as Schedule 1 to the A New Tax System (Compensation Measures Legislation Amendment) Act 1999 . 3 Schedule(s) Subject to section 2, each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms. Schedule 1 — Aged Care Act 1997 1 Section 44 ‑ 25 Omit “2 times”, substitute “five ‑ thirds times”.
