No. 90/2008 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Associations Incorporation Regulations 1998 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2008 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Consumer Affairs, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 23 July 2008 Responsible Minister: TONY ROBINSON Minister for Consumer Affairs RYAN HEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Associations Incorporation Regulations 1998 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3 Extension of operation The operation of the Associations Incorporation Regulations 1998 1 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 90/2008 Subordinate Legislation (Associations Incorporation Regulations 1998 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2008 2 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 3 August 2009. 4 Expiry These Regulations expire on 4 August 2009. ═══════════════ r. 4 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
