STATUTORY RULES. 1905. No. 18. ——— REGULATION UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901. I, THE Go vernor-General in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901, to come into operation on the first day of March, 1905. DRAKE, Acting Minister for Trade and Customs. —— Scale of Fees to be Paid by Licensees of General and Private Warehouses. In places other than Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Hobart, Adelaide, Port Adelaide, Perth, and Fremantle the annual fee to be charged for General and Private Warehouses shall be as follows:— (1) Where the whole services of a locker are required, £150.
