No. 130/2008 Transport Act 1983 Transport (Tow Truck) Amendment Regulations 2008 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 28 October 2008 Responsible Minister: TIM PALLAS Minister for Roads and Ports ZOE WONG Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Transport (Tow Truck) Regulations 2005 until 31 December 2008. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 185 and 256 of the Transport Act 1983. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 6 November 2008. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
