No. 125/2008 Victorian Plantations Corporation (Register of Plantation Licences) Regulations 2008 2 3 Prescribed documents For the purposes of section 27L(3)(f) of the Victorian Plantations Corporation Act 1993, an agreement to vary the terms of a licence is a prescribed document. 4 Prescribed information For the purposes of section 27L(4) of the Victorian Plantations Corporation Act 1993, the prescribed information for a document registered in the register of plantation licences and set out in Column 2 of the Schedule is the information set out in Column 3 of the Schedule in respect of that kind of document. __________________ r. 3 -- 3 of 8 -- S.R.
