No. 35/2007 Accident Compensation Act 1985 Accident Compensation (Employer Claim Report Revocation) Regulations 2007 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's Deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 15 May 2007 Responsible Minister: TIM HOLDING Minister for Finance, WorkCover and the Transport Accident Commission RUTH LEACH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the prescribed employer claim form in the Accident Compensation Regulations 2001. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 253 of the Accident Compensation Act 1985. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2007. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
