No. 8/2007 Associations Incorporation Act 1981 Associations Incorporation (Infringement Penalties Amendment) Regulations 2007 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 27 February 2007 Responsible Minister: DANIEL ANDREWS Minister for Consumer Affairs RUTH LEACH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Associations Incorporation Regulations 1998 to revoke the prescribed form of penalty notice. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 54 of the Associations Incorporation Act 1981. 3 Revocations (1) In the Table to regulation 26 of the Associations Incorporation Regulations 19981 — (a) omit "50B"; (b) omit "Penalty notice"; (c) omit "16". (2) Regulation 28(3) of the Associations Incorporation Regulations 1998 is revoked. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
