No. 22/2007 Audit Act 1994 Audit (Public Bodies) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 17 April 2007 Responsible Minister: TIM HOLDING Minister for Finance, WorkCover and the Transport Accident Commission RUTH LEACH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the persons and bodies prescribed as public bodies for the purposes of the Audit Act 1994. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 3 and 21 of the Audit Act 1994. 3 Schedule of public bodies amended (1) In the Schedule to the Audit (Public Bodies) Regulations 2005 1 omit the following— (a) "Government Superannuation Office"; and (b) "State Superannuation Fund". -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
