No. 23/2007 Catchment and Land Protection Act 1994 Catchment and Land Protection (Amendment) Regulations 2007 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 17 April 2007 Responsible Minister: JOHN THWAITES Minister for Water, Environment and Climate Change RUTH LEACH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend regulation 8 of the Catchment and Land Protection Regulations 2002 to clarify its scope. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 95 of the Catchment and Land Protection Act 1994. 3 New objective inserted (1) In regulation 1(b) of the Catchment and Land Protection Regulations 20021 for "kept." substitute "kept; and". (2) After regulation 1(b) of the Catchment and Land Protection Regulations 2002 insert— "(c) other matters required to be prescribed for the purposes of the Catchment and Land Protection Act 1994.". -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
