No. 88/2007 Crimes Act 1958 Crimes (Certified Statement of Conviction) Regulations 2007 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 28 August 2007 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General RUTH LEACH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe a form of certified statement of conviction for the purposes of section 395 of the Crimes Act 1958. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 505A of the Crimes Act 1958. 3 Revocation The Crimes (Certified Statement of Conviction) Regulations 19971 are revoked. 1 -- 2 of 5 -- S.R.
