1 Fair Work Act 2009 s.394—Unfair dismissal Andrew Jackson Wood v Delshine Pty Ltd (U2019/633) DEPUTY PRESIDENT BINET PERTH, 18 JUNE 2019 Application for an unfair dismissal remedy – application granted – compensation awarded A. Further to the decision of the Fair Work Commission on 18 June 2019 at [2019] FWC 3627; it is ORDERED that Delshine Pty Ltd (Delshine) pay Mr Andrew Jackson Wood (Wood) an amount equivalent to four weeks pay plus any applicable superannuation and less taxation as required by law. B. The compensation amount is to be paid by Delshine to Mr Wood as a single payment or as installments as agreed by the parties on a date or dates agreed by the parties. C. If the parties do not reach agreement as to payment terms on or before 25 June 2019 Mr Wood shall have liberty to apply on or before 2 July 2019 for orders with respect to payment terms.
