No. 139/2007 National Parks Act 1975 National Parks (Fees and Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 11 December 2007 Responsible Minister: GAVIN JENNINGS Minister for the Environment and Climate Change MELISSA VAN ROSSUM Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the National Parks (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2001 to increase certain fees and charges payable. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 48 of the National Parks Act 1975. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 13 December 2007. 4 Principal Regulations In these Regulations, the National Parks (Fees and Charges) Regulations 20011 are called the Principal Regulations. 1 -- 2 of 8 -- S.R.
