No. 32/2007 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Amendment) Regulations 2007 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 8 May 2007 Responsible Minister: STEVE BRACKS Premier RUTH LEACH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the address of the prescribed bookshop in the Subordinate Legislation Regulations 2004. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3 Prescribed bookshop In regulation 6 of the Subordinate Legislation Regulations 2004 1 , for "356 Collins Street" substitute "505 Little Collins Street". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
