No. 4/2007 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Health (Medical Radiation Technologists) Regulations 1997 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2007 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 20 February 2007 Responsible Minister: BRONWYN PIKE Minister for Health JUSTINE FRANKLIN Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Health (Medical Radiation Technologists) Regulations 1997 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3 Extension of operation The operation of the Health (Medical Radiation Technologists) Regulations 1997 1 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 4/2007 Subordinate Legislation (Health (Medical Radiation Technologists) Regulations 1997 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2007 2 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 1 July 2007. 4 Expiry These Regulations expire on 2 July 2007. ═══════════════ r. 4 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
