No. 141/2007 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Infertility Treatment Regulations 1997 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2007 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 11 December 2007 Responsible Minister: DANIEL ANDREWS Minister for Health MELISSA VAN ROSSUM Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Infertility Treatment Regulations 1997 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3 Extension of operation The operation of the Infertility Treatment Regulations 19971 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 15 December 2008. 1 -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
