A. Further to the order issued on 3 January 2018 (PR599204), the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq has approach the Commission for a variation of the time in which the compensation ordered by me must be paid. B. The Applicant does not oppose the variation sought. C. The Order is varied to provide for payment of compensation in the amount of $USD8,500 less applicable tax to Mr Ahmed Kenawy, by 23 February 2018.
