No. 58/2007 Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998 Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 26 June 2007 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General RUTH LEACH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to provide for fees for the commencement of proceedings at VCAT under the Health Professions Registration Act 2005. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 161 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2007. 1 -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 58/2007 Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 r. 4 4 Amendment to scale of fees In the Table to regulation 4 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 20011, in Part A, after item 4(zk) insert— "(zka) Health Professions Registration Act 2005;". ═══════════════ 2 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
