[1] As proposed in the 24 February 2016 Statement1 the 40 awards in Group 4 are being considered in two tranches – sub-groups 4A, 4B & 4C and sub-groups 4D, 4E & 4F. The awards allocated to Groups 4D, 4E and 4F are listed at Attachment A to this Statement [2] A Statement2 on 26 August 2016 set out a timetable for the review of Groups 4D, 4E and 4F awards. The timetable was revised in Directions dated 21 December 2016. Exposure drafts were published between 3 and 16 November 2016, submissions in relation to drafting and technical issues were due on 18 January 2017, submissions in reply are due on 22 February 2017 and a hearing was to be listed in March 2017. [3] In order to narrow the issues in dispute prior to the hearing, the awards in these groups will be listed for conference before individual Members during March 2017. Notices of listing will be issued in due course. [4] A hearing will be listed in late April 2017.
