Working with Children (Amendment) Regulations
2007
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Working with Children Regulations 2006 to
increase the application fees payable under the
Working with Children Act 2005.
2 Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 49 of
the Working with Children Act 2005.
3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 July
2007.

4 Application fees
In the Table in regulation 7 of the Working with
Children Regulations 20061—
(a) for "$70" substitute "$71.70";
(b) for "$16" substitute "$16.40".
