1 Fair Work Act 2009 s.394—Unfair dismissal Andrew Saunders v CSL Limited T/A CSL (U2017/798) COMMISSIONER WILSON MELBOURNE, 14 AUGUST 2017 Application for an unfair dismissal remedy. [1] Further to my decision issued on 14 August 2017 ([2017] FWC 4188), I order as follows; a) The Respondent shall pay to Mr Saunders an amount of $24,312, in wages, and pay to Mr Saunders superannuation fund on her behalf the amount of $2,310, both to be taxed according to law; b) Payment of the monies to Mr Saunders is to take place within 14 days of the date of this order.
