No. 152/2006 Financial Management Act 1994 Financial Management (Amendment) Regulations 2006 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's Deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 24 October 2006 Responsible Minister: JOHN LENDERS Minister for Finance RUTH LEACH Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke regulation 7 and Part 4 of the Financial Management Regulations 2004. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 59 of the Financial Management Act 1994. 3. Application (1) In regulation 4(1) of the Financial Management Regulations 2004 1 , for "Parts 3 and 4" substitute "Part 3". (2) Regulation 4(3) of the Financial Management Regulations 2004 is revoked. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 152/2006 Financial Management (Amendment) Regulations 2006 2 4. Revocation of regulation 7 Regulation 7 of the Financial Management Regulations 2004 is revoked. 5.
