No. 173/2006 Infringements Act 2006 Infringements (General) (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2006 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 19 December 2006 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General JUSTINE FRANKLIN Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Infringements (General) Regulations 2006 to prescribe certain offences under the Transport Act 1983, the Water Industry Act 1994 and the Water Act 1989 as "lodgeable infringement offences" for the purposes of the Infringements Act 2006. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 168 of the Infringements Act 2006. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2007. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. Amendment of Schedule 3 For item 11 of Schedule 3 to the Infringements (General) Regulations 20061 substitute— "11. Transport Act 1983 11.1 Sections 221X(1)(a), 221X(1)(b), 221X(1)(c), 221X(2)(a), 221X(2)(b), 221X(2)(c), 221ZD(1), 221ZD(2), 221ZE(1), 221ZF(a), 221ZG and 221ZH. 11.2 Regulations 36(4), 37, 38(1), 40(1), 40(2)(a), 40(2)(b), 40(2)(c), 40(2)(f), 42(1), 42(2)(a), 42(2)(b), 42(2)(c) and 42(2)(f) of the Transport (Conduct) Regulations 20052 . 11.3 Regulations 8(3), 8(4), 15(1), 15(2), 17(1), 17(2), 20(3), 26(2), 26(4), 27(3), 28(1), 32(2), 33(2), 41(4), 43(2), 43(3), 43(5), 44(8), 45(3) and 45(6)(b) of the Transport (Taxi-Cabs) Regulations 20053. 11.4 Regulations 6(1), 6(2), 7(2), 8(2), 9(3), 10(3) and 17(1) of the Transport (Ticketing) Regulations 20064. 12.
