The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe
areas of land to be specified race-courses for the
purposes of Division 5 of Part I of the Racing
Act 1958.
2. Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 36 of
the Racing Act 1958.
3. Specified race-courses
The area or areas of land (as the case requires)
described in an item in the Schedule is prescribed
to be a specified race-course for the purposes of
paragraph (b) of the definition of "specified race-
course" in section 3 of the Racing Act 1958.
