Objective The objective of these Regulations is to exempt Savers Australia Pty Ltd from the application of certain provisions of the Second-Hand Dealers and Pawnbrokers Act 1989. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 31 of the Second-Hand Dealers and Pawnbrokers Act 1989. 3. Revocation The Second-Hand Dealers and Pawnbrokers (Exemption) Regulations 19971 are revoked. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 94/2006 Second-Hand Dealers and Pawnbrokers (Exemption) Regulations 2006 2 4.
