Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (Planning Appeals) Regulations 1997. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under section 66 of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1984 (continued in operation by clause 16 of Schedule 2 to the Tribunals and Licensing Authorities (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1998), section 43 of the Subdivision Act 1988 and section 202 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
