No. 39/2005 Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981 Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Amendment) Regulations 2005 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 24 May 2005 Responsible Minister: BRONWYN PIKE Minister for Health RUTH LEACH Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend regulation 50 of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Regulations 1995 to ensure that pharmacists can continue to dispose of a Schedule 8 poison or Schedule 9 poison in accordance with the Regulations. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 129 and 132B of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
