Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the Forests (Timber Promotion Council) Regulations 2004. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 99 of the Forests Act 1958. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 30 August 2005. 4.
