No. 171/2005 Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 Liquor Control Reform (Prohibited Supply) Regulations 2005 The Lieutenant-Governor, having assumed the administration of the government of the State, with the advice of the Executive Council, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 20 December 2005 Responsible Minister: MARSHA THOMSON Minister for Consumer Affairs RUTH LEACH Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prohibit the supply of certain classes of liquor. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 118B of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2006. 4. Revocation The Liquor Control Reform (Prohibited Class of Liquor) Regulations 20031 are revoked. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 171/2005 Liquor Control Reform (Prohibited Supply) Regulations 2005 2 5. Prohibition of supply of milk products (1) A person must not supply liquor that contains milk products that have not more than 20 grams of milk fat per kilogram for consumption off licensed premises. Penalty: 30 penalty units. (2) A person must not supply liquor that contains milk products that have not more than 20 grams of milk fat per kilogram in a sealed container for consumption on licensed premises. Penalty: 30 penalty units. 6. Prohibition of supply of alcoholic vapour A person must not supply liquor that is a vapour that would as a liquid be a beverage with an alcohol content greater than 0⋅5% by volume at a temperature of 20° Celsius.
