Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe further provisions of the Electricity Safety Act 1998 and further regulations under that Act as provisions under which infringement notices may be issued in order that the enforcement procedure under Schedule 7 to the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 may be used. 2. Provisions under which infringement notices may be served In regulation 1203 of the Magistrates' Court General Regulations 20001 — (a) in paragraph (e), after "78," insert "83A(1), 83A(3), 83B(1),"; (b) in paragraph (ec), omit "15, 17(1),"; (c) in paragraph (ed), for "414(2) and 414(3)" substitute "414(2), 414(3), 438(1), 439, 440(1), 440(3), 441(1), 442(1), 443(1) and 444"; (d) in paragraph (ee), after "42(2)(b)," insert "43(1),". ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
