[1] In this matter I am satisfied on the evidence, including counsel's advice, that the settlement of the action is reasonable and appropriate. I sanction that settlement. [2] I am also satisfied that on balance, as between the Public Trustee and Perpetual Trustee Company Limited, that Perpetual Trustee Company Limited be appointed the trustee. [3] While it is acknowledged in the submissions made on behalf of the plaintiff this morning that there is not much difference between the costs of the two trustees, -- 1 of 2 -- that in this case Perpetual Trustee Company Limited be appointed the trustee, a draft order is available to me. [4] I have considered that draft order. In this matter there will be an order as per the draft, initialled by me and left with the papers. -- 2 of 2 --
