I am satisfied that all necessary procedural requirements have been met. Further, the evidence establishes that the organisation has no members, no officers, no assets or liabilities, it is not a party to any industrial agreements or awards, and it is not a peak body. It is therefore, defunct. It is appropriate to make a deregistration order. No incidental orders are sought. VP LINNANE: I agree. DP O’CONNOR: I agree.
