I am satisfied that all necessary procedural requirement have been met and that a majority of the organisation’s members have agreed to its deregistration and that it is appropriate to make a deregistration order. No incidental orders are sought. The Order of the Commission is: Australian Sugar Milling Association, Queensland, Union of Employers is deregistered.". Dated 12 December 2013.
