No. 80/2005 Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 28 June 2005 Responsible Minister: THEO THEOPHANOUS Minister for Resources RUTH LEACH Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Regulations 2004 to update a reference to a prescribed occupational health and safety law. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 152 of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2005. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 80/2005 Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 2 4. Prescribed occupational health and safety laws For regulation 635(d) of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Regulations 20041 substitute— "(d) the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004.". ═══════════════ r. 4 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
