The notice of application for extension of time was filed on the 29th of April 2010 and related to a decision made by a Magistrate in the Gympie Magistrates Court by way of sentence disposition on the 4th of June 2009. The appellant has done nothing to prosecute the appeal, has not complied with the practice direction and I have already referred to the solicitors on the record having no contact with him since late 2010.
