No. 87/2005 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Administration and Probate (Deposit of Wills) (Fees) Regulations 1995 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2005 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Attorney-General, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 19 July 2005 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General RUTH LEACH Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Administration and Probate (Deposit of Wills) (Fees) Regulations 19951 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 87/2005 Subordinate Legislation (Administration and Probate (Deposit of Wills) (Fees) Regulations 1995 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2005 2 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Administration and Probate (Deposit of Wills) (Fees) Regulations 1995 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 24 July 2006. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
