No. 26/2005 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Australian Grand Prix (Works) Regulations 1995 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2005 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Tourism, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 3 May 2005 Responsible Minister: JOHN PANDAZOPOULOS Minister for Tourism RUTH LEACH Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Australian Grand Prix (Works) Regulations 1995 1 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 26/2005 Subordinate Legislation (Australian Grand Prix (Works) Regulations 1995 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2005 2 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Australian Grand Prix (Works) Regulations 1995 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 8 May 2006. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
