No. 58/2005 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Equipment (Public Safety) (General) Regulations 1995 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2005 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for WorkCover, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 15 June 2005 Responsible Minister: JOHN LENDERS Minister for WorkCover RUTH LEACH Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Equipment (Public Safety) (General) Regulations 19951 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 58/2005 Subordinate Legislation (Equipment (Public Safety) (General) Regulations 1995 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2005 2 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Equipment (Public Safety) (General) Regulations 1995 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 27 June 2006. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
