No. 161/2005 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Guardianship and Administration Board (Fees) Regulations 1996 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2005 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Attorney-General, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 13 December 2005 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General RUTH LEACH Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Guardianship and Administration Board (Fees) Regulations 19961 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of Operation The operation of the Guardianship and Administration Board (Fees) Regulations 1996 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 161/2005 Subordinate Legislation (Guardianship and Administration Board (Fees) Regulations 1996 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2005 2 of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 15 January 2007. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
