No. 134/2005 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Livestock Disease Control Regulations 1995 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2005 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Agriculture, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 8 November 2005 Responsible Minister: BOB CAMERON Minister for Agriculture RUTH LEACH Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Livestock Disease Control Regulations 1995 1 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 134/2005 Subordinate Legislation (Livestock Disease Control Regulations 1995 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2005 2 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Livestock Disease Control Regulations 1995 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 18 December 2006. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
