Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Trustee Companies Regulations 1995 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 14/2005 Subordinate Legislation (Trustee Companies Regulations 1995 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2005 2 3.
