No. 146/2005 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Water Industry Regulations 1995 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2005 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Water, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 22 November 2005 Responsible Minister: JOHN THWAITES Minister for Water RUTH LEACH Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Water Industry Regulations 19951 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 146/2005 Subordinate Legislation (Water Industry Regulations 1995 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2005 2 3.
