Surveying (Registration Fees) Regulations 2005
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe
the fees payable to the Board under the Surveying
Act 2004.
2. Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 63 of
the Surveying Act 2004.
3. Definition
In these Regulations, "the Act" means the
Surveying Act 2004.
4. Fees
The fees payable to the Board under the Act are
the fees listed in the Schedule.

1. Application for registration under section 4(2)(d) of the

2. Registration as a surveyor under section 6(1) of the Act $180

the Act

• written examination

• extract from the register of particulars included on
the register under section 15(3) of the Act for each
licensed surveyor
• extract from the register of confidential particulars
of registration history of a licensed surveyor on

15(3) of the Act
