[Extract from Queensland Government Industrial Gazette, dated 24 October, 2008, Vol. 189, No. 12, pages 682-683] QUEENSLAND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION Industrial Relations Act 1999 BAKING INDUSTRY CARTERS' AWARD - SOUTHERN DIVISION 2003 (Gazette 24 April 2003) (AR74 of 2002) DEPUTY PRESIDENT SWAN COMMISSIONERS EDWARDS AND BECHLY 14 October 2008 AWARD REVIEW (Correction of Error) WHEREAS an error occurred in the Award as published in the Queensland Government Industrial Gazette of 24 April 2003, Vol. 172, No. 16, pages 1883-1897, the following correction is made to be effective as from 12 May 2003: By deleting clause 1.6.3 and inserting the following in lieu thereof: 1.6.3 "Bakers' Carter" includes all drivers of motor or other mechanically propelled vehicles used by a bread, pastry or pie manufacturer for the delivery of such merchandise to retail or wholesale buyers.
