[Extract from Queensland Government Industrial Gazette, Dated 25 July 2008, Vol. 188, No. 13, pages 292-293] QUEENSLAND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION Industrial Relations Act 1999 - s. 130 - award review ELECTRICAL CONTRACTING INDUSTRY AWARD - STATE 2003 (AR45 of 2002) DEPUTY PRESIDENT SWAN 16 July 2008 COMMISSIONERS EDWARDS AND BECHLY AWARD REVIEW (Correction of Error) Whereas an error occurred in the Award as published in the Queensland Government Industrial Gazette of 10 January 2003, Vol. 172, No. 2, pages 198-237, the following correction is made to be effective as from 3 February 2003: By deleting clause 7.6.5 and inserting the following in lieu thereof. 7.6.5 Double time and a-half For the purposes of clause 7.6, "double time and a-half" shall mean one and a-half day's wages in addition to the ordinary weekly rate of pay, or pro rata if there is more or less than a day.
