No. 112/2004 Ambulance Services Act 1986 Ambulance Services (Exemption) Regulations 2004 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 14 September 2004 Responsible Minister: BRONWYN PIKE Minister for Health ANDREW MARRIOTT Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe the amount of annual revenue for the exemption of certain ambulance services from the requirement to prepare a statement of priorities. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 40 of the Ambulance Services Act 1986. 3. Prescribed amount For the purposes of section 22G of the Ambulance Services Act 1986, the prescribed amount is $10 000 000. ═══════════════ -- 2 of 2 --
