No. 179/2004 Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1996 Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration (Fees) Regulations 2004 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 14 December 2004 Responsible Minister: JOHN THWAITES Minister for Victorian Communities DIANE CASEY Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Regulations 1997 to provide for new fees. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 59 of the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1996. 3.
