No. 113/2004 Building Act 1993 Building (Siting and Design) Regulations 2004 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 14 September 2004 Responsible Minister: MARY DELAHUNTY Minister for Planning ANDREW MARRIOTT Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Building Regulations 1994 to incorporate certain siting and design requirements for single dwellings and associated buildings that are specified in the Kingston Planning Scheme. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 7, 9, 261, 262 of, and Part 1 of Schedule 1 to, the Building Act 1993. 3.
