No. 123/2004 Cemeteries Act 1958 Cemeteries (Incorporation of Trusts) (Lilydale Cemeteries Trust) Regulations 2004 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 5 October 2004 Responsible Minister: BRONWYN PIKE Minister for Health DIANE CASEY Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to change the name of The Trustees of the Lilydale Memorial Park and Cemeteries. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 3 and 92 of the Cemeteries Act 1958. 3. Change of name of The Trustees of the Lilydale Memorial Park and Cemeteries (1) In the Schedule to the Cemeteries (Incorporation of Trusts) Regulations 19951 , in the item relating to The Trustees of the Lilydale Memorial Park and Cemeteries in column 1, for "The Trustees of the Lilydale Memorial Park and Cemeteries" substitute "The Lilydale Cemeteries Trust". -- 2 of 4 -- Victorian Legislation Parliamentary Documents S.R.
