No. 14/2004 Children's Services Act 1996 Children's Services (Amendment) Regulations 2004 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 25 February 2004 Responsible Minister: SHERRYL GARBUTT Minister for Community Services DIANE CASEY Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Children's Services Regulations 1998 to update a reference to other regulations that have been remade. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 56 of the Children's Services Act 1996. 3. Notification of infectious disease In regulation 39 of the Children's Services Regulations 1998 1 , for "Schedule 5 to the Health (Infectious Diseases) Regulations 1990" substitute "Schedule 6 to the Health (Infectious Diseases) Regulations 2001". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- Victorian Legislation Parliamentary Documents S.R.
