Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend a definition in the Consumer Affairs (Product Safety) (Lighters) Regulations 1998. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under section 165 and item 4 of Schedule 3 to the Fair Trading Act 1999. 3.
